Refund Policy


In the event of cancellation of a booking, you must contact us by email at [email protected] at least 72 hours or more to receive a full 100% refund of the deposit paid. If cancelling in less than 72 hours but more then 24 hours from the time of your tour, 50% of the total deposit balance will be refunded to you. If cancelling less then 24 hours or a no show at the agreed tour date, time and place will result in the loss of your entire balance paid toward your tour. Any tour cancelled by the tour company because of weather will be given the opportunity to reschedule for another day, if not possible then a full refund will be given. The processing fee for cancellation that is withheld can be used as credit towards a future purchase if customer books with within 90 days after cancellation. In making a booking, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the travel services provider any requirements or special facilities that you or a member of your party may need as a result of any medical conditions.
You will be responsible to our travel services providers on arrival for any payments of any remaining balance of the booking cost that you make, as well as any other payments for any additional services or fees that were requested and agreed with our travel service provider at the time of booking, pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such travel services provider.

You must use a credit card or debit card to confirm your booking. By completing payment, you agree to accept the above relevant cancellation conditions. In the event that you must cancel your booking or fail to arrive at the specified time and meeting point, you authorize our travel services department to charge your credit card or debit card the specified balance as outlined above or such other amount as may be set out in our travel service Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend you check and read the precise terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reference numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all inquiries, cancellation or modification of the booking.
